CHEETING WITH CONFIGURARION

Respected Sir,

I purchaged a Laptop from EZONE marathalli, Bangalore.i asked from the sales person for my required configuration of Dell Insporon 15 lAPTOP WITH Core2 Duo Processor T6000 2.2 GHZ with 320 GB HD and 4 GB RAM.but they deliver the Laptop with dual core processor which is old technology.when i complained the didnt return my cash and not gave the right product.they gave me Credit note of that amount by whcih i can purchage from there only. 390000 is big amount for me and i dont want to waste my money to purchage something else.kindly take some action against them so that either they refund my cash or give me the right product
