Not proper working

I purchased a Faber chimney model No. CLEO700LTW from Capital Electronic, VIP, Kolkata on 04th March which not properly installed the kitchen became smoky during food preparation etc. Despite my repeated complaints to the company service centre at Kolkata they have not cared onit.
