PF NUMBER NOT GIVEN

I did not get my PF number in spite of contacting my previous company. I know my

establishment code that is 24125, and my employee id (10296) from FCG Pvt. Ltd. This company is acquired by CSC. So after that I got new id from CSC is 1450440.

Please I want my pf number so that I can apply for pf amount.
