I have opted for 1 year subsription of Femina. My complaint is that I have received all the issues very late. And I have not yet received any issue for July, 09 whereas my colleague has received both the July, 09 issues.
Sometimes the gift is also missing with the magazine.
Although I have telephonically lodged the complaint three times but no action has been taken till date. Kindly look into the matter as it is really frustrating.
