Regarding an spectacle issue

This is Niranjan from chennai, I have bought a pair of Carlzeiss Lens and frame from GKB Optolabs, Ashok Nagar Chennai - 83.

Now I got multiple issues

I dont see the Carl Zeiss symbol on the Right len, i suppose, they have charged for CarlZeiss lenses and had given me a local lens on one eye, where this is getting worn out now, now the lens has got chipped on the left bottom of right lens and even i could see the painting of the frame has also come off say 2MM.

I would like inform you that, I have accidentlly dropped the glass in the month of April, where in this fell on a carpet and Right bottom corner of right lens has developed a crack, after that there were no issues.

Now when the above issues araised, the show room verbally saying its a user damage and there will not be any replacement.

I have got my bills with me and more over i did not had any issues with the glasses.

Now I would like have your suggestion of how to go abt on this issue.
