On 29/12 i ordered huggies jeans diapers in firstcry.com. on 30/12 they shipped my product in firstflight couriers. but till now i haven't received the parcel. after lots of phone calls and enquiries to firstflight couriers, they said parcel returned to them as door locked. but we were in the house and no one came here. moreover i received some other parcels from other couriers for the last 3 days.
there is no proper responses from their side. they haven't deliver the parcel in time. kindly take steps to deliver my parcel
