This A.prasanna venkatesan from trichy... I made online resevation from tiruchirapalli jn to nagerkovil jn, thru irctc on 31-03..journey date 01-04..on the same date 31-03 i cancelled that ticket. PNR NUM 4528859579..transaction id 0198857550..ticket fare 191 were debited from my icici account ..but still now amt not refund... plz do my needfull..
