i too had same problem with ezeego 1. i don't know whether you are frequent flier or not.but iam frequent flier with ezeego1.
i have booked a ticket through ezeego1, it got proccesed and promotion code also delivered and charges have been levied in to my credit card. Surprisingly i was shocked when i had seen in E-ticket there was no pnr printed& was displyed "YOUR BOOKING FAILED".
WHEN CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE OF EZEEGO1 THE REPLY WAS TOTALLY PESSIMISTIC .
I PERSONNLY FEEL THERE MUST BE SOME GRIVINCE CELL TO TACKLE THIS TYPE OF INCIDENTS.
