Model not charging

I purchased above model from Subhiksha in the month of July but after 4 months i.e from November the cell is not accept the charger. I already lodge complaint to their service centre at commerce centre, they kept my charger for 8 days but not able to rectify the problem. Would you please help me for this matter?
