Dear Sir,

My name is Mrs. Seema Nande. I had submitted my Mobile (No. A-SWAP-V90) having serial no. 357108010062214 model V90 to your service centre ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED at Nagpur vide Call No. NGP-FL-011757 dt. 17.12.2008 for repairing.

Since then, I follow-up several times in Nagpur office, but the answer is same for ever call that your mobile has been sent to Chennai for repairing. 1-1/2 months are already gone. I request you to kindly look into this matter & repair my mobile at the earliest or otherwise please issue me new handset.

Kindly treat this matter most urgent.
