I WOULD LIKE TO CONVEY THE MESSAGE TO FLY MOBILE THAT I HAVE PURCHASED A MOBILE OF MODEL DS-500 FROM HOTSPOT MOBILE STORE, GHAZIABAD. WITHIN A WEEK TIME ITS TOUCH SCREEN IS NO MORE IN EXISTENCE. IT IS SHOWING VARIOUS PROBLEMS ALSO LIKE SELF SWITCH OFF AND POOR BATTERY PROBLEMS. PEOPLE LIKE US TAKE THESE MOBILE PHONES HAVING FAITH ON THE PROVIDER COMPANY. BUT THESE FLY PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO MARKET THEIR PRODUCT. NO RELIABILITY AT ALL. WE INDIANS ARE MUCH CONCERN OF PRICE WITH QUALITY. IF ONE GOES TO SERVICE CENTER THEY ASK FOR 10-20 DAYS. IS IT FOR THAT WE TAKE THESE MOBILE. FLY OWNERS SHOULD THINK IF THEY HAVE TO EXPAND THEIR MARKET IN INDIA THEY MUST PROVIDE RELIABILITY WITH THEIR PRODUCTS. ITS REALY A BAD TIME FOR ME.
