Major Delay in service

This is regarding a parcel that I gave to one of the outlets of flyking on 26 feb

I was promised that it would be delivered in max of 2 days and moreover as it was a local courier it generally took 1 day to deliver.

But as of now, tue, 3 march 5:00 pm my parcel has not been delivered yet

To add, flyking has a very smart way to delay the service--they (in their Karol bagh branch) don't take any packets on Sunday and then consequently don't operate on Monday.

I had been ringing the owner (Mr.ali) and karol bagh office's incharge Mr.kishore

Despite theur several promises my courier has not been delivered yet.

Am greatly frustated and want them to face whatever actions are applicable
