Delay in replacement of defected parts

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased this phone from RAHUL ELECTRONICS (Churchgate, Mumbai. Phone: 22024444), on 1st may I started reciving problems on 23rd March (before end of warranty period). I consulted to the shop keeper, he said it will take 15days as he has to send it to service centre (Tardeo AC Market, Grant Road. Phone: 40471701).

Now when I call rahul electronics he ORDERS me to call service centre. Service centre people never transfer call to their seniors. The reply I am getting since past 40 days is "Parts aaya nahi hai".

Please help me.
