Delay in service byauthorised service cente

I had given a mobile in service center for sound problem on 30-06.they are given me aexpected date of delivery after 7days.40days completed, but till today I didn"t get mobile repaired.every week they are giving diffrent reason

If the authorised service center is serviving such service, then where should cunsumer look for a better service. It is just a harassment by such reputed company
