I purchased a Touch screen mobile phone of fly company Model E 105 with bill no. T18/23281on dated 07/12of cost consolidated Rs.8500/= only. From the very first day of purchasing my phone is not working properly sometimes there is a problem concerned with touch panel, sometimes with sound, sometimes with camera and now it is not catching network at all. I moved to fly service service centre 5 times earlier and still i am not satisfied.being fed up now im complaining as 8500 is not a less amount. I hope my request will be considered and hope that you will do the needfull.
