I Brought this flymobile (Model No: SX 210) from Hotspot, Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi 110001 on 03/12 for Rs. 7200/- vide bill No. 3724. I was facing battary problem from the Day 1 I purchased this handset. There was very poor battary backup on the first day and later the handset is not getting charged enough to switch on the phone.
I lodged the complaint to Hotspot within 24hours of purchase with this problem, they simply replied they are not responsible for any service issue once the goods is sold. After that I called up Flycare for Repairing or Replacing the handset. They ask me to drop the handset with any service centre. I did the same but problem remains same. Again I emailed, called and request them to replace or refund. They said replace and refund is against their company policy and asked me to deposit the set again with service centre. I did the same twice after that and the problem is still the same.
Today (ie 04/09) the handset is lying looking like brand new but dead with me after receiving it from the fly service centre last month, and the fly care is not able to replace refund or even repair the hand set and still they are saying drop the handset with any service centre again...
I dont understand how many more times again I need to submit the handset to service station. Witihin 2 months the warranty period is going to expire for this handset, after that they are simply going the say no looking the level of service and products they are providing.
