Mobile set not working properly

I bought mobile set Fly SX-100 fron Mobile Buzz SCO 21, First Floor, Sec-17 Chandigarh, on 4th of Sept. Right from the beginning there was a problem with the set. While talking there was a network breaking problem. One could not talk continuously more than one minute. Battery would never show 'Full' message inspite of keep charging for 5 hours.

On 30th Oct I approached the authorised service centre at Sec 35 Chandigarh with the above mentioned problems. They kept the set for more than 20 days. When they returned the set after 'repairing it' there was another new problem developed in the set. There was problem with the microphone. The person receiving the call could not here caller's voice. After 2 days I again deposited the set with the service centre.

Now it has gone more than 2 months and I haven't got my set repaired yet. When asked to replace the set, they showed their helplessness.

I have spent Rs 6300 for this set. God knows when will I get my set back though I need it very badly.
