i had bought a handset fly sx-100 on sep.2008 from hotspot at kanpur.
last feb. its camera was not supporting so i went customer service centre and got replaced.
but at 8th june the image was not adding with contact number and error was "image edit fail".
i gave handset to service center. I got it back after 40 days on 18th july.
but it was not repaired. and when i got it back some other problem was with my handset (a black vertical hairline and bad contact charger).
image edit problem has not been removes till now . however my handset had been replaced (according co.) when a got my handset back last time there were some extra problem with it as
some its display become blur and its camera quality was not so fine as it was.
I have sent many mails to company and their excutives but they are not repling and their contact no.
is not working.
then how and to whom can i complain.
please suggest me the righth way
