We have maintenance contract with yr company for our forbes aquaflow model customer no 1003873259 the periodic service was due in october in which the filtering compound (resin) need to be changed . without this service, purifier produces low quality water .g from 1/11/08 052239723 . even after half a dozen complaints no technician called on us. you are requested to take immedate action in this regard.
