I use Forbes Aqua Guard water filter for the past 4 years and have a annual maintenance contract. A technician is supposed to come and service it every 6 months. Every time I call their help line number at 39883333, to remind them about the upcoming service. They say someone will be there the next morning and no body ever turns up. I need to make more than a dozen calls for close to a week before a technician comes.
This time it was ever worse. The nut that controls the water flow in the hexagon coupling that connects the aqua guard tube and the tap is broken. The technician who came kept saying that the tap is broken in spite of me showing him what is actually broken.
I called on 08/03 (Saturday) and a technician is yet to come as of this posting which is on 13/08 (Thursday).
