Sir, Re: Forbes Designa not working-Cash Memo No. T2/10945
Forbes Designa Water Purifier installed by your service staff Mr. Naresh Jadhav on 12.08.2008 is having leakage from the main machine right from day on and the pressure valve is not working properly right from the day it was installed. I informed Mr. Jadhav on 13.08.08 on mobile no.9907770460 about it & he promised to attend in a week. As he did not attend, I lodged complain of the same on 22.08.2008 on phone with Ms. Minakshi. Since it was not attended I phoned on 2578142 (as directed) and lodged complain No. 3 dt. 04.09.2008 with Ms. Kashmira. Even then the same was not attended. Again on 12.09.08 I phoned & Ms. Neeta told complain no.177 dt. 12.09.2008 would be attended in two days time. Despite this the complain is not attended and I could not use the Purifier.
I once again request you to please replace the Purifier or if the problem is of improper installation by service engineer, please send service engineer & ensure he checks & do proper installation.

I purchased Forbes Designa-Item Code LP880066799901 & other item vide Cash Memo No. T2/10945 dated 26.07.2008 from Treasure Island, 11, South Tukoganj, MG Road, Indore.
Please confirm when your service engineer will attend this complain.
