Not giving service

I am registered service request on call center.

My request no. is 100908441109.

But till date they are not giving service.

I recall them many times but they only say yes and result is same.

And i am Pune resident if i am from rural part, the result is much bad.

So this is very very bad service from Eureka Forbes/ Aquagard.
