It is deeply regretted that inspite of repeated request and personal approach, the Indane agency is not delivering the LPG cylinder. I have already booked the cylinder in Fortune Indane Services, Chittattukara, N.Paravoor, Ernakulam Dist., KER. When enquired, they informed that no one was at home twice and hence we have to book again and will get it only in next delivery. This excuse is simply a lie since my daughter with her newly born baby is always in home for the past 2 months. In this situation LPG is very urgent also. But when we approached their office in Chittattukara, N.Paravoor, we were harrased and had to face impolite way of customer interaction from them. It is evident that they are using our cylinder for their own benefits. The main concern is that this is not a one time experience. They have acted similarly earlier and this seems to be a revenge upon us. Please take the necessary action so as to deliver the same ASAP.
