Hi.. I am really dissatisfied with the quality of Franco Leone shoe.. I purchased a pair last week.. From Lifestyles in Phoenix mills - Lower Parel -Mumbai.. the Trial piece which they gave me was
perfectly fitting fine.. But the pair which they gave which i took home was a bad quality..
after a week i wore them on 21.11.09 for a College presenattion and they hurt very badly.. i assumed being a new pair and leather shoes.. after using it for a while the pain would subside.. but it didnt.. i again wore them the next day thinkin there would be no pain.. but it was horrible.. and the right foot even was a liitle better.. but the Left feet pain was still unbearable.. i couldnt walk.. nor stand with those on..
i have purchased it for Rs 2295 / - which is a big amount..i came up there at stores with the shoe and explianed them the problem.. but they wont understand.. saying how the same pair can have differrent individual feet... and they could not exchange it bcos i've used them...
what am i suppose to do with it.. not wearing them.. and its after i used it i could come to know the problem..
they have kept it them yest. sayin they wld get back to us.. no sign till today.. wht shld i do now
