No response from Customer Care Unit

I Mrs. Ruma Saha (Chakraborty), customer of Tata Indicom Mobile. My no is 09231913283. Since friday I was unable to use my phone due to network problem of Tata Indicom. I already complaint about this to their Customer Care unit atleast 15-20 times. But they didn't bother about my complaint rather problem. They repeated trying to false commit me wrongly. My complaint no are 0712106594 & 0712112330. These are only for today's (30.11.09) complain. Until I will get back my network connection properly I will be face very pathetic situation.

So I would like to request you please help me out from this serious issue. Looking forward your kind co-operation in this regard.
