Unwillingness to return mobile

Hi sir,

Really it`s shocking to see the service of Sony Ericsson Service center name ‘‘address:

New Delhi Techno care

Sony service center Lajpat Nagar -2 Delhi.

I have deposited my mobile for repairing one month back aprox. But due to the rude and misbehave of service center owner i still did not got returned my mobile. I visited many times to the shop but they convey or guide to come next time. Really it`s shocking I Want my mobile back in repaired or un repaired mode.

My main purpose to inform you about such insane behaves to customers like me.

So kindly inform the concern person and solve my irritating problem.

I am giving my email and contact no., kindly inform me what kinds of action you’re going to take action against the service and in returning of my mobile phone as soon as possible.
