Very poor service of braham gas service orai

Dear Sir,

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with braham gas service Orai (Dist. jalaun) my consumer number is 6038. I have booked for a refile on 08.04.2009 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a 3 day. But till date we not resieved gas, and now they are not attend phone and not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Please take necessary action
