Sub:- Aveo UVA DL 9CT0903

I had purchased a Aveo UVA Car from M/s Metro cheverlot Vasant Vihar New Delhi on Oct’2008. The car was provided Tubeless Tyres of Goodyear make. Recently I noticed that there is some problem in the rear tyre, and when I got checked the tyres I was shocked to hear that the new tyres starts bulging. The same was the conditions of all the four tyres. The car has just done 2400Kms till date and the tyres become defective so early.

I took the car to M/s Metro cheverlot from where I purchased the car on 11/07. Shri Anil Sikka, Asstt Service Manager inspected the conditions of the tyres and he was also satisfied that there is problems in all the four tyres. He told me that there engineer will inspect the tyres and asked me to contact next day as 11/07 was Sunday. On 13/07 I again contacted Shri Anil Kumar Sikka and I got the reply that the tyres company will inspect the tyres!!! He told me that they had contacted Goodyear Local Office at New Delhi and they fixed the appointment for inspection only for 16/07 but he did not told me the exact time when the car will be inspected.

My question is as I had purchased the Car from General Motors, then it is the responsibility of the car company to get the tyres replaced at once.

As such I request your good self to kindly take my problem on top priority and get the tyres replaced urgently as it is very dangerous to drive the vehicle with such types of tyre as they can burst at any time resulting mishappening to me or to my family members
