I placed an order (Rs.1690) for the delivery of the Raaki to my brother in US on 30th Aug throught gifts-to-india.com.
The product didn't get delivered at all and when I complained about this, they say that they will redeliver it and after few days they again reply saying they can't deliver it and will refund of the amount within 10-15 days.
It almost been a month that I didn't get any refund and now they have blocked my ID too (not possible to contact them) plus there is only one number 91-9230721098 which is either switched off or the person doesn't pick up the call.
Please don't ever think of sending any gifts from gifts-to-india.com
Is there any way I can take strict/legal action against them??
