Neither repairing nor replaceing motherboard

Dear sir,

My name is Deepak Raghav. I m animation student.my phone no.9990104146.email id&[email protected]

i am not satisfy by gigabyte company’s repairing center (okhla).bcoz my mother board (865series) not working properly.it restarts or off sometime and i submitted this in service center 4 or 5 times.they r not able to repair this .they say that company closed this series motherboard so we can't replace this motherboard.so what should i do...(it's remaining 2 year warranty).plz help me and get replace this motherboard.
