I had purchased a Gilma chimney (stylo model) in Dec. From September 15th onwards i faced a problem with the speed switch and contacted Gilma service center for replacement of the same. In the first place, i found that they are very unreachable. And from the last 5 weeks, I am being told that the the parts are out-of-stock. I have made atleast 1000 calls and wasted a lot of time talking to them. This has caused me a lot of incovenience. Still, they continue to say that it is out-of-stock.
I found from reviews on internet that they have been known to just sell products without properly offering support/service.
It would be valuable if something could be done regarding this...
