I was booking for 3rd May 09 for travelling to Srinagar from Delhi on Goair website, it showed me there is no availability at the end moment, Then I bounded to prepond the journey for 2nd May 09 for which I got confirmation in the website as well as mail also. For the first trial neither I received any massage from their side. But when I checked my bank statement, the money was debited twice for the ticket. When I made a complaint to Goair, they first said that there was some problem in their server so they will refund my money. After ten days they mailed that my ticket was booked for 2nd as well as 3rd May also so they cant refund my money. and refunded only Rs.1284/- instead of Rs. 7134/-
How can I get refund of my money from them?
