Depfreezer shutter, door shelves rods

Dear Sir,

I have Godrej 300liter fridge bought somwhere 7-8 years before.

The deepfreezer door is dislodged from the compartment due to which the cooling gets high than the normal one.

Secondly the door shelves locking rods are detached from the body.

Will you please arrange to send your technician to get it repaired.

Surprise to say, the same fridge I bought it from the dealer is reluctant to accept the complaint for the reason he said that the company is about to close and there is no service centre no. available with him.
