I have purchased a Micro Wave on 24th Dec.
On 15th of Feb I got a problem on that Micro Wave and that was not working. I have called the call centre and booked a complaint (order No: 589969). I have visited my room on 17th Feb 09 and taken the MicroWave on 20th Feb 09 for repairing.they told me that they will back that on or before 3 days. But After 7 days I called them and They told me that they wil back it that day..Now After a long waiting today on 17th March09 I called them and they told me that the repairing is still not done.
I have purchased that to use it not to keep that in Workshop.
My concern is: They have given me 12 month Warrenty and among which they already kept that in their workshop for 1month and still I dont know when they will return it back.
Are they going to give me additional Warrentry period for this?
Are they going to replace my Micro Wave?
