Seeking an immediate redressal of our problem of malfunctioning of front loaded fully automatic washing machine (Model No - 7501) purchsed from Divya Electronic, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, on 11th Jan vide Invoice No - 1645. After telephonoc complaints lodged by me on 11th April'2009 (Ref No - 892163), Godrej Customer Care, sms dt. 11/04, service person Mr. Sohan Singh visited on 15 Apr and advised for replacement of motor. No further response is forthcoming till date. Repeated inquiries/ request to HO, Godrej has elicited no response except repeated assurances that the machine will be repaired on the avaialability of new machinery parts/motor. The inconnvenience caused to a working person like me by this indifferent attitude cannot be fully expressed. This formal complaint is now being made with an expressed request that the machine should be repaired without further delay or may be replaced by another fully functional washing machine.
