I purchased one Godrej refrigerator model no. GD22P.COOL (215LTR) on 27th July from Bhilai-Chattisgarh (Naresh Enterprise-Akash ganga, Bill no. 129).
Complaint 1: First there was complaint of cabinet as the cabinet was having cracks everywhere. So company replaced it. This was replaced within 2months of my purchase.
Complaint-2: On 20th March there was complaint of gas leakage and refrigerator was not cooling. I complained it to your Air-care, Raipur (CG), service centre, one of the engineer came and refilled gas. Job no.1153 dt.20/03.
Complaint-3: Within 5 months again there was no cooling as the gas leaked. On 4th Aug’2004 Air-care engineer came and repaired it. They again filled the gas. Job no. 2901 dt.4/08.
Complaint-4: Within 1year (June’2005) same problem existed. The gas was leaked and there was no cooling. I complained and Air-Care engineer came and repaired it by filling gas again. Job no.472 dt.12/06
Complaint 5: Within 2 year it again developed the same problem. This time they have replaced the compressor as confirmed by sales engineers. Job no. 6201 dt.9/06
Now again I am facing the same problem. Refrigerator is not cooling.
Please tell me I believed in the national brand like Godrej and purchased your refrigerator. But I was pained with such problem which is coming again and again. 6 complain in 6 year of purchase which is very bad on any company’s part. Without a refrigerator, you cannot imagine a life these days.
I will be highly obliged if you can replace the entire refrigerator for me, as I think this is a defective part which should be taken care by the company. Why should I suffer for this?
