I had purchased a termite prevention and cleanp service from godrej hi care on 13 may after their first service in the next 10 days we found a lot of termites in the hose and they completly destroyed all the wood work in my kitchen. i went ahead and complained to them and they came in and did a little more of their spray and said that we will not have to worry about the termites for the next 5 years. They did not give me the complete 3 services as promised and now when i complained that i can see termites in my house they are telling me that i have finished of with my contract and i need to renew my contract and without that they cannot help me at all. Please help me as i am stuck and all the new woodwork i have done in my house is also showing signs of termite in them now. My order number with godrej hi care is ODELKLJ0906144.
