Fridge Is Idle. Freezer is less effective

Sir,

I had switched of my fridrge for a week's time. When I switched it on again, sometime it was running and later found idle. Freezer is not as effective as it could be but is cool like the fridge and the bottom part in fridge is totally idle. Please arrange to service the same immediatley without any delay.
