We have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator - Direct Cool - Model No. 260 in the month of March. From then onwards, there has not even a single day when this Refrigerator has not shown some or the other defect.
1. Right from the day 1 of buying Godrej fridge from the Dealer - M/s Deepti Electronics, Dilshad Garden, Delhi vide Bill no. 6679 dated 8th March most of its parts have been replaced, still it is not working properly.
2. There has been a lot of moisture inside the fridge, ultimately forming water droplets over our utensils and food kept inside.
3. Ice formation outside the freezer - something very unusual.
4. The temperature inside the fridge is also not stable and proper.
5. Drainage of defraust water is not working at all.
After our rigorous follow ups with Godrej team, their representatives inspected the fridge and its defaults, took the pictures of it as per the protocol that they have.
After that, no response was given to us despite of the fact that it has been more than a month when we have filed our complaint, this problem is continuing.
When we called up Godrej team on what will be done - first they informed us orally that it will be replaced with a new piece very soon and if we want, we can have a new model also (for which we are ready to pay the difference in the cost of the two).
And now, they are not responding to replace the defective refrigerator.
We urge for an immediate action on the matter please.
