My godrej refrigerator was taken from my home on 13.05.2009 for replacement of compressor, which was causing me double the electricity bill every month. Till date, I have not heard from godrej smart care. When I call, they will cut short the call by saying that, they will call back.

Also, I would like to know, why you are charging Rs.1550 T.A.for replacing a compressor, which is very much in the warranty period?
I am a shareholder of the company as well. Why such poor treatment is meeted out to customers like me?
