This is to inform you that we are really troubled by the problems faced due to our godrej refrigerator. We had sent a complaint on net as well as personally to the godrej smart care office some fifteen days ago. We were given the complaint no.0779on 17-5-09.The serviceman came on 22-5-09 and took the fridge to the workshop on 22-5-09 and it was also sent back the same day. It worked properly for two days and now we are again facing problems with the fridge. This is just the last warning to the authorities, they must not overlook their customers problems. We request you to please change our piece of defected refrigerator or else we will be moving the consumer court which seems the only help. In last one year we have got the fridge repaired four times, this time we want our piece to be changed. We give the authorities a time limit of 24 hrs before we send our complaint to the consumer court.
