Ought a godrej fridge in 2006 from bharat commercial, patna.. it has never worked properly .. got it repaired thrice from the authorised centre shruti enterprises .. charged twice ..most lousy service .. it has conked again..lying in peace for the last three months ..relying on the much older voltas for daomestic work .. complaint to ravi bhat and the company went in vain .. only computer generated responses on email and sms till date .. let the world know about the real godrej ..
