I have purchased a godrej eon refrigerator 250 litre in oct, 08. but from two month door of the freezer is not closed properly. i have registerd compliant in this regardon 31st july 09 to godtej service centre and sevice engineer came and tell door to be replace also he said that door is not in stock. after that no reponse from the service centre. i call many times to service centre they said that still we do not have part in stock. i am very much depressed now. what is the alternative of this. can i go to consumer court in this regard. please give me suggestion.
