Door not shut properly & leakage wate

I would like to inform you that we have purchased Refrigerator from dealer "NEXT RETAIL SHOP" - Valsad (Gujarat) on dtd.15.04.09.

COMPLAINT: Firstly, after two months some moisture gathering in freeze & leakage water. Then we called service centre & they came after a week & check & change the door gasket. inspite of problem is steel there. Then after we called second time to them & they came after 15 days & check frize & found that the door is not shut properly so door would be changed.but still to date they have not come & giving false commitment. And today its 25 days they were not any reply to us.
