dear sir,
i have purchased recently a godrej split a/c as per following details:
Capacity: 1.5 ton
Model: GODREJ GSC 18FA
Dealer: Digital shoppy-AS Rao nagar Hyderabad-62
Invoice, date and value paid: 33C 8001601 dated 28-02-09 Rs 20, 490.00
Date installed: 02-03
Complaint: Three days ago..in the midnight lot of water leakage observed inside our room. since then colling effect nill.even the control adjustment kept at 18 degree, there is no cooling effect.
I surprise such reputed company product fail to perform for even less than 2 months period.
kindly look into this matter and arrange someone to rectify.preferably i need a replacement as it is less than 2 months old.
