Two months back I purchased two Godrej Ultra Locks and with great difficulty, they were got installed. One of the lock is not functioning immediately thereafter. but inspite of several complaints nobody attended yet. i do not understand why these companies poke their nose into every product when they cannot manage even one product properly.
