We purchased 5 Godrej ultra lock for an emergency from Hanuman Hardware J P Nagar Bangalore on Saturday. Till now Carpenter has not come and installed the same. When contacted your service desk they gave the contact number of the carpenter. This carpenter mentions that he can come only on 12 noon on wednesday. So the time taken is close to 4 working days to just fix a lock. This is vey pathetic service. Appreciate if you could get in touch with this people and have them finetuned to suite your business.
