Delay and Lies from the Call centre

I have bought 2 locks for the front door of my house on Nov 24th evening. 25th Morning I called the Call centre and was given the Ticket no HYD/103163 . They said 48 hrs.

Called on Sat and 2 staff in their Call centre - Pavan Kumar & Sheldon in Mumbai call centre promised me 26th Saturday evening the lock would be done. Nothing happened that day.

28th Monday I called spoke to Ganesh Malhotra from Mumbai who again promised me that that day the Lock would get installed. 28th Evening I was fortunate to get Sheldon who said "Madam today anyhow it will be done". Nothing happened.

Tuesday 29th November again I called the Call centre Sheldon picks up and says "Madam today the technician will come. Nothing happened. I call the call centre - my call is picked up I tell my ticket number and lo and behold the line gets cut. hmmmm.

When ever I ask to speak to a Manager - they are out for a meeting, on another call or not available. Can the manager of the Godrej Lock Installation please take some action. today is day 5 of waiting and long gone past the 48hrs / 72hrs installation. Can someone please

do something..

Do they even understand the necessity of having a central lock / do I return the locks back and go for another brand?
