Even though I have complaint the same to the consumer forum as below, after a month I am still awaiting an action to be taken.
Title: Machine not working properly.

Complaint Details: I had purchased a Godrej Washing Machine from Navrang
Audio Video - on 23rd Sep 2008. It was instaled at my residence by them.
But the machine didn't work properly after 07 days. I had complaint to the
vendor on 27th Sept. 2008. The service advisor turned up at my residence
and instead of looking at the problem he said you donot know how to
operate and other stuff so I asked him to leave and reported the same to
the vendor, but of no use.
Then I have compalint on 7th October again as no body turned up to
check my problem till then.
But even till now whenever I call Navrang Audios, they promise to send the
excutive to check but of no use.
I am fed up now and I had to refere to consumer forum for help. As we are
mother and daughter only and probabily this is why the people there dont
listen to us.
I would be very thankful if the authority can intervene to solve my
problem.
Consequences: I had saved money to buy for the use and relaxation to my
mother, but it has rather created more trouble and tension to me and my
mother.
Mental exhausion and humiliation.
