It is with great pain, I am lodging this compliant against the poor service provided by M/s. Godrej service personnel at Bangalore.
I have a semi-automatic washing machine of Godrej which ran into problems recently. The spinner was giving an unusual sound and I promptly contacted the service center. Within 2 days, a service personnel was sent and on examination he told that the oil seal of the spinner is damaged and needed replacement. We were told that within 2 or 3 days it would be attended and set right. This was in October 09 first week. From then on, in spite of repeated calls and requests, nobody bothered to come and attend to the problem. Whenever a call is made, the personnel will promptly say he will definitely visit within that day evening but will never turn up. Of late the service personnel does not even lift the mobile (may be seeing our number). We have been put under tremendous torture and pain having taken this Godrej product. In my house many of the products are from Godrej. Now I feel ashamed of having committed such a blunder of going for Godrej products.
I hope this message of mine reaches the right hands to look into it and resolve the crisis.
